- CAN based Hydrostatic Transmission Controller
The fuzzyCAN is the latest in the Control
Developments range of hydrostatic drive controllers. It is a complete
hydrostatic vehicle drive-by-wire controller, with interfaces for the
fuel pump actuator, two proportional pump solenoids (forward and
reverse) and a proportional motor solenoid for the more advanced type of
vehicle.
In addition to a wide range of inputs for brake,
gearshift etc., it has high power, fully protected outputs that can
drive solenoids, reversing lamp, brake lamp in both high side and low
side switching formats.
And of course it has a full CAN 2.0B/J1939
capability that enables it to be controlled by, or to control other
devices on the CAN network. It also has RS232 outputs for communicating
to a laptop, and an IR port for communicating to a hand held display and
test module.
It is programmed with a huge library of drive
algorithms, from stiff conventional drives to smooth automotive drives.
The algorithms employ sophisticated fuzzy control techniques that mean
once it has learnt the drive characteristics required, it does not need
to be set up for each individual vehicle. This is a world first in
hydrostatic drive technology!
This is absolutely the best hydrostatic drive
controller in the world today. It has a pin out similar to other less
sophisticated controllers on the market, but is priced to win your
business!
